Prachi Kaushik has joined Schneider Electric as DGM – Corporate Communications, marking her next career move in the communications space after her stint with Signify.
In her new role, Kaushik will be responsible for driving the company’s corporate narratives and shaping conversations around Schneider Electric’s work across electrification, automation and digital intelligence. She will work closely with the leadership team to develop strategic, creative and insight-led communication programmes aligned with the company’s business priorities.
Announcing her appointment on LinkedIn, Kaushik described the move as “a new chapter” and a “much bigger canvas”. She highlighted Schneider Electric’s work in electrifying, automating and digitalising industries, businesses and homes, and said the breadth of the company’s mandate made it a compelling communications brief.
Speaking about her new responsibilities, Kaushik said her mandate will focus on building strategic, creative and insight-driven communication modules in collaboration with the leadership team across the organisation.
Kaushik joins Schneider Electric after working with Signify, where she gained experience in corporate communications, reputation building and brand storytelling. Before Signify, she held communications leadership roles at Haier and OPPO India.
Across these roles, Kaushik has built experience in developing corporate narratives, managing reputation and creating communication strategies for large consumer and technology-led businesses.
