The International Cricket Council (ICC), through its wholly owned subsidiary ICC Business Corporation FZ LLC (IBC), has invited agencies to bid for the marketing and public relations mandate for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027.

The tournament is scheduled to take place across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia in October-November 2027.

The appointed agency will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing and communications strategy for the tournament. The mandate will include campaign strategy, creative and content development, milestone activations, media relations and promotional initiatives across key markets.

The selected partner will work closely with the ICC, the Cricket World Cup Local Organising Committee (LOC) and other stakeholders to deliver the tournament’s marketing and communications programme.

Interested agencies must submit their expression of interest by 27 August 2026. As part of the submission, agencies are required to provide a signed non-disclosure agreement, a company portfolio of up to 15 pages showcasing experience in marketing and PR for major global sporting events, with particular emphasis on work in Southern Africa, along with details of the proposed project lead.

Only agencies that meet the eligibility criteria and sign the NDA will receive the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation.
