The Gurgaon-based communications and PR tech firm is moving from its #StoryMatters philosophy to an integrated ABCDE model spanning AI Discovery, brand strategy, content marketing, digital PR and experiential events.

CommsCredible, a Gurgaon-based communications and PR technology firm founded by Aman Dhall, has marked its sixth anniversary with a strategic rebrand, shifting its positioning from #StoryMatters to ‘Actual Intelligence’.

The company said the repositioning reflects changes in the communications landscape, where artificial intelligence, fragmented media consumption and evolving stakeholder expectations are reshaping how brands are discovered, understood and evaluated.

Since its founding in 2020, CommsCredible has built its practice around the belief that stories matter. With the rebrand, the company is expanding its focus to examine how those stories are discovered and interpreted across an increasingly AI-led, search-driven and multi-platform environment.

“Six years of #StoryMatters shaped who we are. But the world has changed. AI is changing how brands are discovered, understood and chosen. So, we’re evolving too. From #StoryMatters to Actual Intelligence,” said Aman Dhall, Founder, CommsCredible.

At the centre of the new positioning is the company's ABCDE model, which brings together five capabilities: AI Discovery, Brand Strategy, Content Marketing, Digital PR and Experiential Events.

AI Discovery focuses on how brands and their information appear across AI-led discovery and answer engines, while Brand Strategy focuses on positioning, narrative and the strategic territory a brand aims to establish.

Content Marketing translates the strategy into content across relevant platforms, while Digital PR focuses on building authority and credibility across media, search and digital ecosystems. Experiential Events adds physical and participatory experiences designed to turn communication into engagement and conversation.
