Value 360 Communications has entered into a Main Services Agreement with Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited to provide public relations and related communication services.
According to a regulatory filing by the company dated September 21, 2026, the agreement is valued at approximately ₹4.74 crore per annum, excluding applicable taxes and any commission charged.
The agreement is effective from September 1, 2026, to August 30, 2027, and covers PR and related services to be provided on a monthly retainer basis. The specific scope of work will be defined through work orders issued by Amazon from time to time.
The agreement includes customary terms covering the provision of PR and communication services, including scope of services, work orders, confidentiality, non-disclosure and other commercial terms.
Value 360 Communications said the agreement is a material agreement and is expected to generate revenue of approximately ₹4.74 crore annually, excluding applicable taxes and commissions.
The company clarified that the transaction is not a related-party transaction and that its promoter or promoter group has no interest in Amazon Development Centre (India).
The agreement has been entered into in the ordinary course of business and on commercial terms. Value 360 Communications said the engagement is expected to strengthen its business prospects and contribute to its revenue and operations.
The company is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India under the symbol VALUE360.
