PhonePe has launched PulsePro, an enterprise intelligence platform that provides businesses with hyperlocal market intelligence using aggregated and anonymised transaction data from its digital payments ecosystem.
The platform is designed to support organisations in making informed decisions around expansion planning, retail distribution strategy, site selection and category analysis by drawing on transaction trends across PhonePe's network of users and merchants.
PulsePro is an extension of PhonePe Pulse, the company's public data platform introduced in 2021. While PhonePe Pulse will continue to offer open access to transaction insights, PulsePro is aimed at enterprise customers looking for deeper, actionable intelligence to support business strategy.
According to the company, the platform offers insights into category performance, retail network planning and local market trends, enabling businesses to identify growth opportunities at a granular level while maintaining privacy through aggregated and anonymised data.
"Businesses today don't just need more data, they need better intelligence," said Karthik Raghupathy, Head of Strategy at PhonePe. "Since launching PhonePe Pulse in 2021, we have seen a growing demand from organisations looking for deeper market insights to guide expansion and strategic decision-making. PhonePe PulsePro is our response to that need."
He added that by leveraging one of India's largest transaction ecosystems, the company aims to help organisations make smarter business decisions while maintaining high standards of privacy and responsible data use.
