Bajaj Finserv has appointed Vikas Kohli as Head – Corporate Affairs & Government Relations, where he will lead the company’s engagement with policymakers and government stakeholders.
In this role, Kohli will focus on policy advocacy, government interface, and institutional coordination at the group level, supporting Bajaj Finserv’s efforts to navigate India’s evolving financial and regulatory landscape.
Announcing the development in a LinkedIn post, Kohli said he looks forward to leveraging his experience in public policy and advocacy to support the company’s vision for innovation and growth across India’s financial ecosystem.
“I’m glad to share that I have joined Bajaj Finserv as Head – Corporate Affairs & Government Relations. I am looking forward to leveraging my background in policy advocacy to support Bajaj Finserv’s vision for innovation and growth across India’s financial landscape,” he wrote.
Kohli added that he will work on strengthening policy engagement and institutional dialogue, contributing to discussions aimed at fostering a stable, inclusive and forward-looking financial ecosystem.
The appointment comes as companies in the financial services sector continue to enhance their government and regulatory engagement to align with policy developments and industry growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Bajaj Finserv, Kohli served as Senior Policy Advisor at the Embassy of the Netherlands in India, where he worked on policy engagement and government relations initiatives.
