Zeno Group has launched GEOfluent, a proprietary tool designed to help brands understand and manage how they appear in generative AI search results. GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization.

GEOfluent measures brand visibility and reputation across generative AI platforms. It analyzes how brands are represented in AI-generated answers and provides actionable insights to improve discoverability and credibility.

The product is part of Zeno’s broader AI Framework, which supports the development and testing of new client-focused offerings across communications and reputation management.

The platform continuously tracks how brands surface in responses generated by leading large language models. It combines daily monitoring with analytical insights to help brands:

  • Track brand visibility: Monitor mentions across major AI platforms, identify influential media sources for each model, and analyze frequency, placement, and share of voice.
  • Identify drivers of AI results: Analyse keywords, prompts, and narratives influencing brand mentions; benchmark against competitors; and link AI outputs to owned and earned media.
  • Monitor reputation: Assess tone and sentiment, flag inaccuracies, and identify potential reputational risks.

Michael Brito, Head of Global Analytics at Zeno, said generative AI is increasingly becoming a primary source of information and decision-making, making brand accuracy and visibility in AI-generated responses important for businesses.

Abhishek Gulyani, Managing Director, India and Head of Corporate Affairs, Asia Pacific at Zeno, said brands in India need to actively manage how they appear in AI-generated answers as adoption grows.
