As part of the mandate, The Good Edge will handle corporate communications, media relations, public affairs, corporate reputation management, and crisis communications for Westlife Foodworld. The scope also includes communication responsibilities for the Ronald McDonald House Charities India.

The partnership aims to build stronger narratives around the brand, its business operations, and its foundation, while amplifying leadership positioning across key areas such as innovation, sustainability, brand initiatives, and consumer engagement within India’s rapidly evolving quick service restaurant (QSR) ecosystem.
