Kaizzen has unveiled a new service vertical, Kaizzen AI Collective, marking its formal entry into structured, AI-led communications consulting and expanding its existing portfolio of offerings.

The new vertical will operate alongside the firm’s current services, which include public relations, crisis communication, digital and social media, production and creative services, insights, and public affairs. Kaizzen said the AI-led services will be available to clients across markets, leveraging its presence in India, the UAE and other global regions.

Focus on AI as a strategic necessity

Announcing the launch, Vineet Handa, founder and CEO of Kaizzen, underlined the growing importance of artificial intelligence in the communications industry.

“When approximately 1.8 billion people globally are using AI, with second largest numbers being from India after China, AI is no longer an option; it is a strategic imperative,” Handa said.

He added that the initiative is designed to serve both clients and the company’s internal teams.

“With Kaizzen AI Collective, our intent is twofold. To help our esteemed partners make smarter, faster, more effective and measurable campaigns, as well as to prepare our people to lead in a future where technology and human judgment work in tandem,” he said.

Intelligence-led and data-backed communications

According to the company, the new vertical will focus on intelligence-driven and data-backed decision-making, reflecting the increasing role of AI in shaping how narratives are created, distributed and evaluated across the communications ecosystem.

Kaizzen said the offering is aimed at helping brands adapt to evolving digital behaviours while improving campaign measurement and effectiveness through advanced analytics and automation.

Emphasis on responsible and ethical adoption

Nikhil Pavithran, chief operating officer at Kaizzen, said the move is not about following industry buzzwords but about building sustainable capability.

“Kaizzen AI Collective is not about chasing trends, but about building long-term capability, credibility, and competitive advantage for the ecosystem we operate in. We are committed to creating a future where AI adoption is responsible and ethical whereas the impact and results are measurable,” Pavithran said.

Building internal capability

The launch signals Kaizzen’s efforts to formalise its AI-led services, with a dual focus on strengthening internal expertise and supporting clients as artificial intelligence becomes more deeply embedded in communications planning, execution and evaluation.

The consultancy said the new vertical will play a central role in shaping its future service offerings as the industry increasingly integrates technology with strategic communications.
