Genus Innovation Limited has appointed Reshma Nandy as Group Head – Corporate Communication, strengthening its leadership in brand and reputation management.

In her new role, Nandy will lead the company’s corporate communication function, focusing on shaping a cohesive brand narrative, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and driving strategic communication initiatives aligned with Genus Innovation’s growth ambitions.

Nandy brings close to two decades of experience across reputation management, brand building, and communication strategy. Over the years, she has worked with Hippo Homes, METRO Cash, Jindal Steel and Power, Adfactor, where she played a key role in crafting impactful narratives, strengthening brand equity, and building meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders.
