State-owned Bank of India (BoI) has awarded its communications mandate to Concept Public Relations (CPR), marking a strategic move to strengthen the bank’s overall communications framework and public engagement efforts.

Under the mandate, CPR will work closely with the bank to enhance its communications strategy, improve stakeholder engagement and build a consistent, impactful narrative across platforms. The scope of work includes facilitating live and virtual media interactions, issuing press announcements, coordinating authored articles and supporting other communication initiatives related to the banking sector and Bank of India in particular.

In a note outlining the engagement, the bank said it is keen to partner with the media to promote financial awareness and literacy. “We are desirous of your support in creating a financially astute society by sharing valuable information with your esteemed readers and viewers,” the communication said.
