Vanita Keswani has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of Madison Media Sigma, bringing to a close a journey of over three decades with the organisation. Madison Media Sigma is part of Madison World.

Keswani announced her decision through a LinkedIn post, reflecting on her time at the company and outlining her plans to begin an independent entrepreneurial venture.

“I am leaving a piece of my heart here, as I take with me the lessons of a lifetime. I am excited to apply all that I have learnt into my independent entrepreneurial work,” she added.

In her message, Keswani described her time at Madison as a period of significant professional and personal growth. She expressed gratitude for what she called a culture of transparency and acknowledged the role of mentors and leaders who offered honest feedback and guidance.
