FanCode has entered into a multi-year partnership with ATP Media, the rights-holder and broadcast arm of the ATP Tour, securing exclusive broadcast and streaming rights for the ATP Tour across the Indian Subcontinent until 2028.
Under the agreement, FanCode will become the exclusive destination for ATP Tour content in the region, offering fans access to live and on-demand coverage of men’s professional tennis throughout the year.
56 ATP events to stream annually
As part of the deal, FanCode will stream 56 ATP Tour events each calendar year. These include the season-ending Nitto ATP Finals, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, as well as ATP 500 and ATP 250 events. Coverage will be available live, along with replays and on-demand viewing options on the platform.
Coverage across five countries
The broadcast rights under the agreement extend across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal. In addition to live matches, FanCode will offer non-live programming such as highlights, feature content and a weekly tennis show curated specifically for audiences in the region.
Global stars and emerging talent on offer
The ATP Tour features the world’s leading men’s tennis players, including global champions such as Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz, alongside emerging talent from across the world, including India. The tour comprises more than 50 tournaments held annually across over 30 territories.
FanCode sees tennis as a key growth sport
Commenting on the partnership, FanCode co-founder Yannick Colaco said, “We are thrilled to partner with ATP Media to bring the ATP Tour to tennis fans across the subcontinent. Tennis fans will now get to follow the world’s best players throughout the year, making FanCode the go-to destination for the sport. We look forward to working with ATP Media to grow the sport in the region.”
ATP Media highlights strategic importance of the region
Mark Webster, CEO of ATP Media, described the collaboration as a significant step for the tour. “This is a hugely important partnership for ATP Media and the ATP Tour. The Indian Subcontinent represents a number of key markets for both existing and potential tennis fans and by partnering with a market-leading, innovative digital platform in FanCode we hope to mutually grow the game in the region via a partner who shares many of the same ambitions as ourselves,” he said.
Broader sports portfolio strengthened
With the addition of year-round tennis, FanCode further expands its sports portfolio. The platform already streams a wide range of global sporting properties, including Formula 1, LALIGA, PGA Tour golf, international cricket and several international leagues, as well as major women’s competitions such as the Women’s Super League and the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
The ATP Tour partnership reinforces FanCode’s strategy of consolidating premium global sports content for digital-first audiences across the Indian Subcontinent.
