Seasoned hospitality marketer with over two decades of experience takes charge of integrated brand and communications strategy across the region

Radisson Hotel Group has appointed Sakshi Sehdev Dogra as Director – Area Marketing and Communications for South Asia, bolstering its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence across the region.

Dogra brings more than 20 years of experience across hospitality sales, marketing and brand communications, with extensive exposure to managing large regional and multi-brand portfolios spanning India and Eurasia.

In her new role, she will be responsible for leading Radisson Hotel Group’s integrated marketing and communications strategy for South Asia, covering brand storytelling, digital and performance marketing, public relations, loyalty programmes, and owner-aligned commercial outcomes.

Experience across global hotel brands

Before joining Radisson Hotel Group, Dogra served as Head of Sales and Marketing – Eurasia at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, where she led performance-driven initiatives across a network of more than 78 hotels.

Her previous leadership assignments include senior roles at Best Western Hotels and Resorts and The Lalit Hotels. Earlier in her career, she also worked with Marriott Hotels India, building experience across brand positioning, regional marketing strategy and revenue-linked communications.

Leadership comments

Commenting on the appointment, Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group, said Dogra’s experience would be instrumental in supporting the company’s growth ambitions in the market.

“Her strategic marketing expertise and results-driven approach will play a key role in strengthening our brand visibility and supporting Radisson Hotel Group’s next phase of growth in South Asia,” Sharma said.

Dogra said she looked forward to building a more integrated and commercially focused marketing organisation.

“My aim is to develop marketing and communications capabilities that bring together creativity, digital excellence and commercial discipline, to drive long-term growth and create deeper engagement with our guests,” she said.
