Priyanka Mehra has been appointed Regional Director – Southeast Asia & India and Global Marketing Director at COMvergence, marking a significant expansion of her responsibilities at the global marketing intelligence and benchmarking company.
Mehra announced the development through a LinkedIn post, confirming her elevation within the organisation.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Regional Director – SEA & India | Global Marketing Director at COMvergence!” she wrote.
Expanded mandate at COMvergence
Mehra has been associated with COMvergence since January 2022 and most recently served as Regional Director – South Asia & India. In her new role, she will continue to lead the company’s regional operations across Southeast Asia and India, while also taking on responsibility for steering COMvergence’s global marketing strategy and initiatives.
The expanded mandate reflects the company’s growing focus on strengthening its presence across high-growth markets in Asia, alongside building a cohesive global marketing and brand framework.
Background in marketing leadership
Before joining COMvergence, Mehra was Chief Marketing Officer at Havas Group India. She had earlier served as Director – Marketing and Communications at Havas Group, where she worked closely on brand strategy, corporate communications and integrated marketing functions across the network.
Experience across media and content
Earlier in her career, Mehra held senior editorial and content leadership roles at Creativeland Asia and exchange4media.com, where she worked as editor-in-chief, associate editor and senior correspondent.
She has also held marketing and brand roles across media, luxury retail and entertainment companies, giving her cross-sector exposure spanning content, communications, branding and strategic marketing.
With her dual appointment, Mehra is expected to play a key role in shaping COMvergence’s regional growth trajectory in Asia while strengthening its global marketing positioning.
