Eraaya Lifespaces Limited has officially changed its name to Ebix Limited after receiving all necessary approvals from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, marking a major milestone in its corporate transformation journey.
The rebranding follows the company’s acquisition of Ebix Inc. and its global subsidiaries, a move that has significantly expanded its international footprint. Over the past two years, the company has evolved into a globally integrated, technology-led enterprise with operations and client relationships across multiple markets.
With the Ebix businesses now forming the core of its operating platform, the company said the name change aligns its corporate identity with its global scale and unified business strategy. The Ebix brand, already established internationally in technology and insurance-related solutions, is expected to strengthen market positioning and enhance stakeholder engagement.
According to the company, the rebranding is aimed at improving brand visibility, driving operational synergies across international markets, and supporting its long-term growth ambitions. The transition is also expected to streamline its global identity under a single brand as it accelerates integration and expansion efforts.
