Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has acquired the Good Home and Eva brands from TTK Healthcare Limited for a consideration of ₹256 crore, strengthening its presence in the home care and personal care segments.
The two brands together reported FY26 revenues of ₹148 crore. The acquisition marks Wipro Consumer Care's 17th acquisition, reflecting the company's strategy of expanding its FMCG portfolio through a mix of organic growth and strategic investments.
Commenting on the acquisition, Kumar Chander, CEO of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and Managing Director of Wipro Enterprises, said the deal reinforces the company's position in categories that continue to witness strong consumer demand and long-term growth. He added that Wipro aims to build on the legacy of both brands through innovation, wider market reach and sustained investment.
Neeraj Khatri, Chief Executive of Wipro Consumer Care, said the addition of Good Home and Eva strengthens the company's portfolio across everyday consumer needs. He noted that both brands enjoy strong consumer trust and occupy distinct positions in their respective categories, making them a strategic fit for the business.
From the seller's side, TT Raghunathan, Executive Chairman of TTK Healthcare Limited, said Good Home and Eva have been integral to the company's portfolio for many years. He expressed confidence that Wipro Consumer Care's FMCG expertise and track record of scaling acquired brands would help accelerate their next phase of growth.
