Meta Platforms has expanded the beta availability of its AI-powered business assistant to advertisers and agencies across multiple global markets, including the U.S., EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions, with added multilingual support.
Integrated into platforms such as Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Business Support Home, the AI assistant is designed to streamline campaign optimisation, simplify account management, and enhance performance analysis for advertisers.
The tool provides data-driven recommendations based on account activity, including performance benchmarks and actionable optimisation suggestions. It also enables users to address campaign-related queries in natural language and resolve common account issues such as payment errors and account restrictions more efficiently.
According to Meta, early beta results indicate improved resolution rates for common account issues among businesses using the assistant. Some advertisers also reported a reduction in cost per result after implementing the tool’s recommendations.
“By following the personalized recommendations provided to me by the Meta AI business assistant, I have time back to focus on creativity and my customers,” said Aesha Karunakaran, CEO, Protein Milkshake. “Using this AI tool helped me try new marketing tactics. It made a real difference for my business.”
“Having Meta AI business assistant built directly into Ads Manager is a game changer,” said Emi Natividad, Director of Social Ads at WebMO. “It delivers smarter insights right where we work — helping us streamline decisions, optimise campaigns faster, and focus more on pushing creative boundaries.”
This expansion reflects a broader industry shift toward integrating AI into advertising platforms to automate optimisation and support decision-making. Meta plans to continue developing the assistant through 2026, with additional features expected across campaign planning and execution.
