Gupshup has introduced Superagent, an autonomous AI tool designed to manage customer interactions across messaging and voice platforms.

Superagent is built to handle multiple functions through a single interface. It can create and run campaigns, manage customer journeys, set up messaging and voice infrastructure, process transactions, track performance, and optimise outcomes.

The platform works across channels such as WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Truecaller, Telegram, Instagram, PSTN voice, and WhatsApp voice. It supports multiple languages.

Users can set up workflows using prompts. The system can create accounts, build journeys, deploy AI agents, run campaigns, and analyse performance with minimal manual input. Gupshup says early users have reported up to 90% reduction in time, effort, and cost, along with over 25% higher conversion rates.

Beerud Sheth, founder and CEO of Gupshup, said the product is designed to simplify and automate customer engagement across channels.

Alongside Superagent, the company has launched Superclaw, a self-hosted version that runs on local systems. It is aimed at businesses that require data privacy and control, including small businesses and enterprises in regulated sectors.

Superagent can be accessed via web, WhatsApp, voice, and RCS, and can also be integrated with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The product is currently available in beta.
