Punt Partners has been inducted into Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network through its product ShelfRadar.AI, making it part of the inaugural global cohort under the network’s Services Track, which opened on 3 June 2026.
ShelfRadar.AI is a decision intelligence platform designed for consumer brands operating in the fast-growing quick commerce ecosystem. Built on Claude’s API and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the tool helps brands selling on platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart make faster decisions by aggregating fragmented data across dark store availability, warehouse inventory, pricing, visibility, and promotional activity.
The platform is aimed at solving a key challenge in quick commerce: the lack of unified visibility across highly dynamic micro-markets. With availability, pricing, and competitor activity changing frequently, traditional dashboards often fail to give real-time, actionable insights.
ShelfRadar combines its proprietary listing data from dark stores across India with a brand’s internal sales and operations data. It then uses an agentic system to process and visualise responses to complex cross-platform queries, enabling faster decision-making for brand teams.
According to Madhu Sudhan, co-founder of Punt Partners, the complexity of quick commerce data cannot be captured on a single dashboard, as revenue fluctuations often stem from overlapping factors such as inventory gaps, pricing shifts, competitor actions, and visibility changes. He said ShelfRadar was built specifically to solve this fragmented decision-making problem, and the Claude Partner Network will help bring advanced AI capabilities into enterprise use cases.
Ashwanth Kumar, CTO of ShelfRadar, said the platform was developed natively on Claude’s infrastructure, including its agentic decision engine and MCP integration, allowing users to query data in natural language. He added that the partnership provides access to Anthropic’s frontier models, technical certification frameworks, and a global ecosystem of enterprise AI builders.
Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026, backed by a $100 million investment fund aimed at supporting training, certifications, technical enablement, and joint go-to-market efforts. The Services Track specifically focuses on companies building and deploying Claude-powered enterprise solutions across industries.
