Omnicom Media’s OMD India has secured the integrated media mandate for Ventura, the flagship retail investment services brand of Ventura Securities, following a competitive multi-agency pitch.
Under the mandate, OMD India will be responsible for Ventura’s media strategy, planning and execution as the investment services provider looks to accelerate growth in India’s evolving investment ecosystem.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Ventura Securities is a SEBI-registered financial services provider and a member of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, NSDL and CDSL. Its offerings include online stock and commodity trading, derivatives, mutual funds, Demat and trading accounts, portfolio management services and customised investment planning solutions.
The account win strengthens OMD India’s presence in the BFSI category, where the agency will leverage its understanding of investor behaviour, financial decision-making journeys and changing media consumption patterns among traders and wealth creators.
OMD India’s approach for Ventura is built around a connected, full-funnel media strategy combining audience intelligence, adaptive planning and outcome-led media orchestration. The objective is to help the brand stand out in an increasingly competitive investment services market while creating a more responsive approach to growth.
The agency will also draw on Omnicom Media’s AI-enabled technology ecosystem, automation capabilities and proprietary platforms. These include Omni, its marketing intelligence platform for connected planning and optimisation across audiences, channels and outcomes, and Acxiom Real ID, which enables deeper consumer intelligence and precision targeting.
Commenting on the win, Anisha Iyer, CEO, OMD India, said that today’s investors are navigating constant information flows, changing financial behaviours and higher expectations from the platforms they use.
“For brands in this category, growth demands far more than visibility – it requires relevance, trust, precision, and the ability to stay meaningfully connected through every stage of the decision-making journey,” Iyer said.
Manu Monga, Director, Ventura, said the company’s transition from a brick-and-mortar brokerage to an omnichannel investment platform has been driven by its focus on delivering a digital experience for DIY investors.
“As we enter this next phase of growth, it is important for us to partner with an agency that shares our ambition and brings category expertise, strategic thinking, and advanced media capabilities to the table,” Monga said.
He added that OMD India’s understanding of the BFSI sector and its technology-led approach made the agency a suitable partner for Ventura’s next phase of growth.
