Indian conversational intelligence platform ConvoZen has entered into a strategic partnership with Al-Futtaim Technologies to deploy its AI-powered contact centre solutions across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, marking its first major international expansion beyond India.
Through the collaboration, Al-Futtaim Technologies will introduce ConvoZen’s full suite of conversational intelligence services to high-volume contact centres across retail, automotive, real estate, BFSI and healthcare sectors in the GCC.
The partnership aims to support enterprises seeking AI-led compliance monitoring, sales optimisation and operational efficiency as customer experience transformation accelerates across the MENA region.
ConvoZen’s platform listens to and analyses customer interactions across voice, chat and digital channels to deliver real-time agent guidance, autonomous quality and compliance monitoring, and advanced analytics.
By converting unstructured conversations into actionable intelligence, the company says it helps enterprises improve agent productivity, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance service quality.
The move represents a key milestone for both companies. For ConvoZen, it signals its first structured expansion into international markets. For Al-Futtaim Technologies, it strengthens its push toward AI-first customer experience ecosystems under its 2026 “Agentic Transformation” strategy.
Founded by Akhil Gupta, who is also cofounder and CPTO of NoBroker, ConvoZen has built multilingual AI capabilities across more than 10 Indian languages. The company already works with leading enterprises such as TATA AIG, HDFC, Spinny, CARS24, Pilgrim and The Souled Store, supporting millions of customer interactions in complex, high-volume environments.
While its initial growth has been India-focused, the company says its core strength lies in building scalable, language-agnostic conversational intelligence. Through the partnership, ConvoZen’s solutions will now be extended to Arabic-language environments across MENA, with Al-Futtaim Technologies leading regional sales, implementation and market development.
ConvoZen is already working with a handful of customers in the region, delivering use cases such as intelligent agent assist, real-time conversational analytics and automated quality monitoring.
Commenting on the partnership, Akhil Gupta, Founder of ConvoZen, said the collaboration marks a pivotal moment in the company’s journey, enabling it to demonstrate that its analytics and agentic AI capabilities extend well beyond Indian-language use cases.
Razi Hamada, General Manager at Al-Futtaim Technologies, said the partnership enhances the company’s ability to support high-volume sectors as they adopt next-generation AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
Founded in the 1930s, Al-Futtaim operates across automotive, financial services, real estate, retail and healthcare in over 20 countries. Its technology division works with global providers to deliver digital transformation and enterprise-grade solutions across the region.
With enterprises across MENA increasingly prioritising innovation-led customer experience, the partnership signals growing demand for intelligence-driven, AI-first contact centre operations in the region.
