 Tapping into the cricket season frenzy, Wow! Momo has unveiled the Indian Momo League (IML), a campaign designed to transform match-time snacking into an interactive, city-driven celebration.

Built around the idea “Har city ka apna momo,” the initiative introduces six city-inspired momo variants across Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Each variant is uniquely colour-coded using natural ingredients, with no synthetic additives, reflecting the personality and vibrancy of its respective city.

From bright yellows and deep reds to bold blues and purples, the range is crafted to stand out both on plates and across social media, making it visually engaging and shareable for fans during matches.

To enhance the experience, the brand has rolled out IML Combos—bundling momos with fries and beverages—designed for easy, match-ready consumption whether fans are watching at home or gathering with friends. As an added incentive, customers ordering these combos also stand a chance to win match tickets, connecting the at-home viewing experience with live stadium action.

Commenting on the campaign, Muralikrishnan, Co-Founder and CMO of Wow! Momo Foods Pvt. Ltd., said the idea was to make fandom more participative and personal. He noted that the concept celebrates how every city experiences cricket differently, translating that emotion into something as simple and joyful as food.

A key highlight of the campaign is the live Momo Scoreboard—a real-time tracker that captures participation levels across cities based on orders. As matches progress, fans can track their city’s standing, adding a playful layer of rivalry that extends beyond the cricket field.

The campaign is being amplified through city-specific creatives, creator collaborations, moment marketing, in-store activations and digital films, ensuring it stays relevant throughout the cricket season.

With the Indian Momo League, Wow! Momo is positioning itself at the intersection of culture, cricket and consumption—offering fans not just food, but a fresh, localised way to engage with the game.
