Truecaller has partnered with Route Mobile to expand the reach of its Business Messaging platform, enabling enterprise customers to engage users through verified and rich-media communications.
As part of the partnership, Route Mobile will provide businesses with access to Truecaller Business Messaging, allowing brands to send verified messages featuring images, documents, videos, hyperlinks and other interactive content through the platform.
The collaboration is aimed at helping enterprises connect with Truecaller's global community of more than 500 million monthly active users while enhancing customer engagement through trusted and contextual messaging.
