Talented has launched mktgstack, a new agency under its Grid of specialised marketing companies. The agency will work with founders and brand operators to build structured, technology-led marketing systems, moving beyond traditional campaign-based advertising.
mktgstack has been founded by former Talented executives Namrata Chawla and Varun Khiatani. The founders believe most creative agencies were built for a time when growth depended on a few large campaigns planned months in advance. They say that model does not reflect how audiences consume content and make decisions today.
According to them, many brands now rely more on owned distribution, founder-led storytelling, content and IP systems, AI-enabled tools, and continuous optimisation of existing channels. The agency’s operating model is designed around these growth levers, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
mktgstack joins Talented’s existing agencies, including TheNew Thing and Early Partners. Together, they form the Talented Grid of Companies. While there may be overlap in services, each agency operates with its own structure, processes, and approach to client work.
Talented founders Gautam Reghunath and PG Aditiya said the Grid model allows different agency structures to serve clients with different needs, budgets, and timelines. They added that AI now enables smaller, founder-led teams to deliver high-quality creative output without large traditional setups. mktgstack has been designed to operate as a lean and fast-moving agency.
