Publicis Groupe has acquired AdgeAI, a company focused on measurement and content intelligence, as part of its efforts to expand AI-led capabilities across its marketing and production ecosystem.

AdgeAI works with brands and digital platforms to analyse the performance of creative and video content using engagement and conversion data. Its platform evaluates which elements within creative assets resonate most with audiences and generates insights aimed at improving campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

The acquisition comes as brands continue to produce larger volumes of content across multiple digital platforms, making it increasingly difficult to determine which creative elements drive engagement or influence purchasing behaviour. Publicis plans to integrate AdgeAI’s technology into its production operations, enabling real-time measurement and predictive insights to guide marketing content decisions.

Arthur Sadoun, chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe, said brands today need more than just content. “In the AI era, brands don’t simply need more content. They need to know what works, and crucially why, so they can scale creative messaging across audiences, markets and platforms,” he said. He added that the acquisition will help transform creative performance measurement from a retrospective analysis into a predictive capability that drives business outcomes.

Deepti Velury, chief executive officer of Publicis Production, said the integration of predictive intelligence will allow brands to create more effective content from the outset. According to Velury, AdgeAI’s technology provides detailed analysis at speed and scale, identifying patterns that correlate directly with performance outcomes—capabilities that are often manual or fragmented in existing market tools.

Eyal Ben Shalom, co-founder and CEO of AdgeAI, said the partnership marks an important step in the evolution of creative intelligence. He noted that integrating AdgeAI’s technology into Publicis’ ecosystem will help brands move faster while maintaining creative quality, allowing them to respond to platform algorithms and audience behaviour more effectively.
