PepsiCo India has launched Sting Classic Kick, a new flavour under its Sting Energy portfolio, alongside a high-energy campaign featuring actor Lakshya.

Set inside a restaurant, the campaign film follows Lakshya as he walks into a tense situation involving two men and a waiter. The narrative soon transitions into a stylised action sequence after the actor consumes Sting Classic Kick, with peanuts turning into exaggerated action props in a slow-motion cinematic treatment.

Through a mix of humour, action and dramatic visuals, the campaign positions the new flavour around themes of intensity and confidence while reinforcing Sting’s youth-centric brand identity.

Commenting on the launch, Diksha Bajaj, category head – Energy Portfolio, PepsiCo India, said that Sting Energy continues to expand the energy drink category through innovation and differentiated flavour experiences.

“With the launch of Sting Classic Kick, we are introducing an enhanced, bold new flavour that responds to evolving consumer preferences while staying true to the high-energy experience Sting Energy is known for,” she said.

Lakshya added that the campaign’s action-driven storytelling and cinematic treatment made the film both stylish and entertaining.

“What makes the campaign stand out is how effortlessly it captures the bold and distinctive appeal of the all-new Sting Classic Kick flavour,” he said.

The campaign will roll out across television, digital, social media, influencer collaborations and outdoor advertising platforms.

Sting Classic Kick will be available in 180 ml cans priced at Rs 30 and 300 ml PET bottles priced at Rs 20 across retail and e-commerce channels in India.
