Independent digital-first agency Liqvd Asia has won the social media and online reputation management (ORM) mandate for healthcare provider Narayana Health following a multi-agency pitch.

As part of the mandate, Liqvd Asia will manage Narayana Health's social media presence and online reputation, with an emphasis on creating credible, relevant and engaging digital conversations. The partnership comes as healthcare providers increasingly rely on digital platforms to connect with patients seeking information, treatment options and trusted healthcare guidance.

Narayana Health, which operates a network of hospitals across India, said strengthening its digital presence has become an important part of building trust with patients, as consumers increasingly research healthcare providers online before making treatment decisions.

Commenting on the win, Arnab Mitra, Founder and Managing Director of Liqvd Asia, said that many healthcare interactions begin online, where people search for information or seek clarity before becoming patients. He added that the agency aims to make Narayana Health's digital presence more relevant and useful while reflecting the institution's credibility and purpose.

Abhishek Misra, Country Head – Brand & Marketing at Narayana Health, said patients today expect not only information but also confidence and reassurance through digital channels. He said the partnership with Liqvd Asia will help the healthcare network build a responsible and meaningful digital presence that aligns with the quality of care it delivers.

The mandate reflects the growing role of social media and online reputation management in healthcare marketing, as hospitals increasingly engage audiences beyond physical facilities through digital platforms. Through the partnership, Narayana Health aims to enhance patient engagement while strengthening trust and credibility across its online touchpoints.
