INNOCEAN has expanded its footprint in India with the launch of a new office in Bengaluru, as part of its broader growth strategy in the market.

The company said the Bengaluru office will serve as a hub for AI-led, data-driven and content-focused marketing solutions, supporting its ambitions to diversify beyond its traditional automotive base into sectors such as FMCG, D2C, healthcare and digital-first businesses.

The expansion is also aimed at strengthening INNOCEAN’s integrated offerings, including customer experience, commerce and platform services. Additionally, the new office will support offshoring services for the agency’s global network, which spans 22 countries.

INNOCEAN, which entered India in 2005, currently works with clients such as Hyundai Motor Company and Kia. The company noted that nearly 30% of its India business now comes from non-affiliated clients, indicating a growing and diversified portfolio.

Santosh Kumar, COO of INNOCEAN India, said the Bengaluru launch marks a strategic milestone in scaling the agency’s AI-led and insight-driven capabilities across sectors, while also enhancing its ability to deliver localised campaigns with greater agility.

JungA Kim, Global CEO of INNOCEAN, described India as a critical market within the company’s global network, adding that the new office represents a step towards building an integrated global-local growth model across regions including Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

The company added that India continues to be a key growth market, driven by rising consumer demand, infrastructure development and expansion across services and manufacturing sectors.
