Hilton has unveiled the next chapter of its global 'It Matters Where You Stay' campaign featuring actor and brand ambassador Deepika Padukone, building on the success of its 2025 debut that generated more than 11 billion views across digital and social platforms.
Rolling out across social media, digital and outdoor channels, the new campaign presents a more relaxed and spontaneous side of Padukone, illustrating how Hilton's hospitality enables guests to feel comfortable, confident and fully themselves while travelling.
Shot at Conrad Bengaluru, the campaign is inspired by the idea that travellers often leave behind the routines and support systems they rely on at home. Hilton positions its hotels, team members, technology and loyalty programme, Hilton Honors, as the ecosystem that helps guests navigate travel with greater ease.
Commenting on the campaign, Mark Weinstein, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Luxury Brands at Hilton, said the company wants to shift the focus of travel conversations from destinations to the experience of the stay itself. He noted that Hilton aims to remove the friction associated with travel so guests can focus on the purpose of their trip.
Padukone said the campaign resonated with her because it reflected the comfort and care she associates with staying at Hilton properties. She added that feeling looked after allowed the creative team to approach the campaign with a sense of ease and playfulness.
The campaign spans a series of films and content pieces centred on dining, wellness, loyalty benefits and guest service. Music and choreography play a key role, with the creative developed alongside GRAMMY-winning director Nadia Marquard Otzen, choreographer Shay Latukolan and composer Mikey McCleary, who created an original soundtrack blending electronic sounds with contemporary Indian vocals.
The campaign also aligns with Hilton's expansion strategy in India. The hospitality company said it aims to grow its presence to 400 operating hotels in the coming years as it looks to cater to a new generation of travellers seeking convenience, personalised experiences and authentic hospitality.
Through the latest instalment of 'It Matters Where You Stay', Hilton reinforces its positioning that the quality of the stay plays a central role in shaping the overall travel experience.
