Havas posted a 2.6% organic growth in net revenue for the first half of 2026, with India continuing to be one of the group's strongest-performing markets alongside Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, and Africa.

The global communications network reported net revenue of €1.362 billion during the six-month period, up from €1.346 billion a year earlier. Adjusted EBIT rose to €150 million from €144 million, lifting the adjusted EBIT margin to 11% from 10.7%, while net income attributable to the group increased 13.5% year-on-year to €84 million.

According to the company, growth was supported by broad-based momentum across key markets, with India emerging as a significant contributor to its overall performance.

To bolster its capabilities, Havas completed eight majority acquisitions during the first half, including Format in France, Archrival in the US and MUT in Spain. It also increased its investment in AI-powered consumer intelligence platform Vurvey Labs as part of its strategy to expand in areas such as sports marketing, experiential, strategic advisory and AI-enabled content.

The company also pointed to the continued progress of Horizon Global, its operating joint venture with Horizon Media, which secured new business wins and strengthened its commercial pipeline during the period.

Looking ahead, Havas reiterated its FY2026 guidance, forecasting organic net revenue growth of 2–3%, an adjusted EBIT margin of 13.2–13.5%, and a dividend payout ratio of around 40%.
