Havas Media Network India has secured the Media Agency on Record (AOR) mandate for Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) following a competitive multi-agency pitch.

The mandate will be serviced collaboratively by PivotRoots, the network’s integrated digital agency, and Arena Media. Together, they will deliver a unified media approach designed to strengthen AESL’s market presence and expand its digital footprint.

Kanika Kumar Nijhawan, SVP – Marketing at Aakash Educational Services Limited, highlighted the importance of a long-term, data-led strategy in both education and brand building. She noted that as the company continues to scale across India, adopting an integrated media and communication approach is essential to better connect with students and parents.

Mohit Joshi, CEO of Havas Media Network India, said the partnership will combine scale with precision. By leveraging the network’s Converged.AI platform and the combined strengths of Arena Media and PivotRoots, the aim is to deliver a 360-degree media strategy that drives engagement, conversions, and long-term brand growth.

Shibu Shivanandan, Founder and CEO of PivotRoots, added that the collaboration will focus on harnessing data analytics, performance marketing, and innovative media solutions to create impactful, full-funnel experiences. He emphasized the goal of delivering measurable growth while strengthening Aakash’s digital presence in an increasingly connected, digital-first environment.
