Global communications group Havas has announced the acquisition of Berlin-based cultural marketing agency Styleheads, a move aimed at strengthening its experiential marketing network, Havas Play, in Germany.
Following the acquisition, Styleheads will become part of Havas Media Network in Germany and will play a key role in expanding the capabilities of the global Havas Play network. The integration is intended to deepen the group’s expertise in cultural marketing, creator partnerships, and live brand activations.
As part of the transition, Havas Play and Styleheads will operate under a unified leadership structure. Styleheads Managing Director Eike Faecks will assume strategic and operational leadership of Havas Play across all German locations, bringing together the group’s activation, creator engagement, and cultural marketing capabilities under a single framework.
Founded in 2001, Styleheads is a full-service communications agency known for its work in cultural marketing. The agency develops campaigns, events, and creator collaborations for brands across sectors including fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, and entertainment.
For Styleheads, the integration provides access to Havas’ global resources and network while retaining its Berlin base, cultural positioning, and independent brand identity. The combined offering will bring together Styleheads’ strengths in culture-led marketing and live activations with Havas Media’s integrated capabilities across media, data, and strategy.
The move is expected to enhance Havas Play’s ability to create brand experiences and content that connect audiences and brands through shared cultural passions such as music, sports, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle.
