Independent digital marketing agency Hashtag Orange has partnered with Autviz AI Agents to set up an AI Lab aimed at integrating agentic AI across its marketing and operational functions.

As part of the collaboration, AI agents will be deployed across six key areas of the business, including media analytics, email response management, social media engagement, SEO-driven content publishing, HubSpot-powered lead alerts, and WhatsApp-based client communication and scheduling.

The agency said the initiative is designed to automate repetitive communication and workflow tasks, enabling teams to dedicate more time to strategic planning, creative development, media planning and client management.

The AI Lab will also strengthen Hashtag Orange’s discovery-focused offerings across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), AIO (AI Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) through automated publishing systems and performance tracking tools.

Commenting on the move, Mukesh Vij, Founder of Hashtag Orange, said the future of marketing will be shaped by the ability of agencies to seamlessly combine creativity, technology and operational agility. He added that the AI Lab will help create a more connected marketing ecosystem where teams can focus on strategic thinking and business growth while AI handles operational infrastructure.

Jayesh Punjabi, Head of Technology at Hashtag Orange, said agentic AI is reshaping the way agencies function by acting as intelligent systems that can learn and execute tasks alongside teams. He noted that the agency is building these capabilities within its own technology framework, ensuring governance and control while allowing employees to concentrate on ideas, decision-making and impact.

Gautam Kadian, Founder and CEO of Autviz, said organisations are increasingly adopting AI as an operational layer rather than merely a support tool. According to him, the partnership reflects a broader shift among marketing firms toward rethinking their operational infrastructure in the era of agentic AI.

Autviz stated that its AI solutions, built on platforms such as OpenAI, Google and Meta, have automated over 10,000 employee hours across client deployments.
