Dr Sandeep Goyal, Chairman and Managing Director, Rediffusion, has been elected President of the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) for 2026–27.
The new leadership was announced at AAAI’s Annual General Body Meeting held in Mumbai on September 30, 2026. Srinivasan K Swamy, Immediate Past President, will continue on the AAAI Board as an ex-officio member for the year.
Commenting on his appointment, Goyal said, “I am deeply honoured by the trust AAAI members have reposed in me as President of this distinguished institution. Our goal, this year, is to provide steadfast support to the entire advertising & media ecosystem, helping the industry navigate challenges posed by new technologies and seize new business opportunities.”
He added that the association would also focus on skilling younger professionals and taking up societal causes to demonstrate the role of communication in contributing to society.
Jaydeep R Gandhi has been elected Vice-President of AAAI. Gandhi is the founder of Another Idea, a marketing agency focused on the real estate sector. He has been associated with AAAI since 2008 and has served on its Board since 2014.
Gandhi has also been associated with Goafest, where he served as Co-Chair before becoming Chairman in 2019.
“Being re-appointed as Vice President of AAAI is an honour and a testament to the trust the industry places in me. I look forward to contributing my mite in driving innovation and excellence in advertising while supporting the growth of this dynamic industry,” Gandhi said.
