Mondelez India has expanded its premium chocolate portfolio with the launch of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Dubai Chocolate, a limited-edition variant inspired by the globally popular Kunafa chocolate trend that emerged from Dubai.
The new offering blends pistachio crème and crispy kadayfi pastry with Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate, recreating the combination of textures and flavours that has fuelled the viral appeal of Dubai-style chocolate across social media platforms and dessert menus worldwide.
The launch reflects Mondelez India's efforts to tap into emerging global food trends and introduce internationally inspired indulgent experiences for Indian consumers. It also strengthens Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk's presence in the premium chocolate category, where the brand continues to experiment with new flavour formats.
Speaking about the launch, Nitin Saini, Vice President – Marketing, Mondelez India, said the popularity of Dubai's Kunafa chocolate presented an opportunity to bring a distinctive flavour experience to Indian consumers.
According to Saini, the new variant combines the crunch of kadayfi pastry and the richness of pistachio crème with the signature smoothness of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk, creating a product designed to deliver a more indulgent chocolate experience.
Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Dubai Chocolate will be available for a limited period through quick-commerce platforms and select retail outlets across India. The product is priced at ₹550.
